These Terms apply to your use of Betify Casino and our services. Please read them before opening an account or using the website. We may update these Terms from time to time, and the version in force applies to your use. The English version prevails.
Eligibility

Account Registration

Verification
We require full KYC when lifetime deposits exceed EUR 5000, for any withdrawal, or where attempted or completed transactions appear suspicious. Required documents can include a government photo ID, both sides where applicable, a selfie holding the ID, and a bank statement or utility bill. The ID must remain valid for at least three months, names must match, and the residence document must have been issued within three months. Restricted Activity

Account Suspension
We may suspend wagering or payouts while checks are pending, close duplicate accounts, request additional identity information, and restrict service or payments while verification is incomplete.
Account Closure
Closure requests must come from your registered email address. We process closure under these Terms once the request is received from that address.
Responsible Gambling
Our responsible-gaming policy is dated 22 September 2026. Complaints

Escalation goes to management and then to an approved ADR provider after the 30-day internal period. The ADR outcome is binding on us and the process is funded by us.
